Refund policy

The Service Business AI Routine Kit is sold by Neural Infinity FZE LLC.

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final after download. A replacement or refund will be provided for a duplicate charge or a materially defective or inaccessible file that cannot be corrected within a reasonable period.

Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Stripe handles payment processing and its applicable procedures may also apply.

No refund is offered solely because an example result was not achieved; the product does not guarantee revenue, savings, or a particular business outcome.
